UPDATE

In response to the Coronavirus concerns, and for the safety of

all our loved ones:

In-person rehearsals have been restarted effective November 2, 2021.

Safety measures are in place included in our In-person Guidelines for Rehearsal.

Pleae click/read the document on link and sign off on it before coming to live rehearsals.

We are continuing with ZOOM sessions as well to connect with any member every Tuesday night at 7:00pm.

2019 Regional Convention

We are a dynamic, award-winning women's chorus dedicated to the art of singing a cappella 4-part harmony in the barbershop style. We produce an annual show, sing in our community, and compete once a year with other choruses in our region. Chartered in 1952, The Golden Sands Chorus has been an active and vibrant part of Long Beach for over 68 years! We have a passion for musical excellence, and cherish our warm friendships and camaraderie. We love sharing this great musical art form!

IF YOU LOVE TO SING... JOIN US!

Would you like to learn to sing a cappella 4-part harmony? We invite interested women of all ages and vocal abilities to join us at our weekly rehearsal. Come at 6:45 pm to receive a voice assessment. The ability to read music is not required. Interested in joining the chorus?
